| Why did the seller buy this home? What makes it special? When sitting down with the seller, it was so nice to hear about all the great reasons they loved the home all these years. First, they love the water, so it gave them the ability to see the water every day and have a deeded boat slip to handle their boat for excursions on the lake. The social aspect and friendships they made at the amenities in Riverpointe also brought much joy to them and their love of the area, close to amenities and easy access to a foodies delight.The house, the open floor plan and freshly updated kitchen with tons of storage, large living areas, tons of storage made their home feel open even though they had lots of stuff. Upstairs has large bedrooms and bathrooms (that are ready for a second refresh) made it easy to feel everyone had some privacy.
